A flagship varietal within the region, the After Hours Cabernet Sauvignon shows perfumed aromas of violets and sweet raspberry fruit, backed by generous layers of cassis, chocolate and blackcurrants.

With 18 months maturation in selected French oak barriques, the resultant wine finishes with the combination of fine earthy tannins and rich, intense fruit flavours.
